Usually I see cities in others' eyes. But hers were lost and in them only vast wilderness. She was stringing stars to hang on trees when I met her. To me they were more civilized, to her they were the brightness she'd been longing for.
...I say stupid things that sound soft but carve deep. Never underestimate the power of water.
I'm no one in particular --just a stranger that weaves himself into your earnest subconscious with carefully chosen but scarcely understood words.
I'm dormant not vacant, I have a penchant for logic, my sleep patterns are horribly irregular, I drink my coffee black, I hate having my picture taken, I hate ties, I appreciate philosophy, and I always fall I love with someone I can't have.
